★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Royal needs to be dropped from the title. There's nothing regal about the service here, housekeeping is non existent and there's a shortage of clean towels. I had to yell at the receptionist and night manager in order to get my room cleaned and even then it was not done properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Awful. The service is appalling. The staff are really rude. And the rooms need to be disinfected or pest control called for the roaches running around. Would not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed next to Bin dawood and bawareth shopping mall, everything close by. If you here for Umrah purpose its little far From Haram. Its worth it at the price. Reception was very accomodating.
