★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was good just stains on the carpet, it was far from Haram and the shuttle bus gets filled up most of the time. There was barely a selection of foods in the breakfast I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind it being far because it is great, just lacking in some aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never expected to stay in a hotel like this in Makkah. Shuttle buses every 1 hour to haram. Everything was delicious in the breakfast and lunch buffets. Rooms and bedsheets were clean. Loved my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is modern and cozy. But the survey isn’t really accurate.we ordered food (Sahoor) but they didn’t come to take it out!!
Unfortunately I call them many times but no action! For two days the food still on table.

My worst 5 stars hotel ever.
The location is very good, all services are around you and for sure it is away from Haram but there is a shuttle service from the hotel.
The worst thing was the services (check-in took more than 30 minutes)
They have big issues with the hygiene, the room wasn't that clean must be in 5 stars hotel also the bathroom.
Room service not replying to any call.
Very bad experience and will not be repeated in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was fantastic. The room was well-furnished, but the workers should have cleaned it more thoroughly! They were obviously irresponsible.
The receptionists were helpful, but the other employees were not!
Despite the fact that I gave them generous tips because it was Eid, they did not offer any assistance! I had to carry my suitcases up the stairs from the car while that worker stood there doing nothing! The room was nice, but it was dirty and lacked toiletries. I had to request it! I had to wait for an hour! When I spoke with the bald worker, he promised to bring the basic needs, but he didn't! By making a complaint against them, I got them to do their job. After that, they did. Thank you to the receptionist.
Only green tea was available, which I dislike! They gave us two sacks of sugar, which was barely enough for one cup! This isn't the Radisson I'm used to! The shampoo bottles were all empty. Why would they put empty containers there?!
That was because I had reserved a standard room, according to the boy's justification ! Shouldn't we wash our hands, take a shower, and drink tea if we book a standard room? This is dreadful. That was not mentioned in the room description! There was only one chair in a two-person room. When I requested an extra chair, the lad who delivered the soap replied, "No, you booked a standard room! You are two people, but in a standard room, we only provide one chair or none!
A good investment in the wrong hands will not last long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bus Service every hour to Haram makes it a good choice to stay as compared to other hotels in and around the Haram. Price are reasonable so expect not too much. The rooms are large, clean and have sufficient lights and lamps. The room service needs to be more effective. Other than that it is a good choice for a family with kids. You have good restaurants and shopping malls nearby at the Walking distance as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a nice and clean place. The location is about 15 to the great mosque by bus. There are some reasturen and some shop places near by.
We got 2 room, one with 2 bed, and the other with 3 bed. The 2 bed room is a fine size. Neither big, nor small.
The 3 bed room is with main 2 bed and small moving bed. It looks like a 2 bed room, and they place extra bed.

Breakfast was good, but daily similar item can bore after 3 days.
Good Haram shuttle service, bus is available every hour.
Free Parking is available but very congested, very hard to drive inside Parking.
