I had my stay at Anjum from 17th April 2022 to 21st April 2022. We had booked a Quad Bed Room as we were a family of 4 (3 Adults and 1 Child). We reached Anjum at 10 and were directly escorted to our rooms. Upon reaching our rooms we find to be extremely dirty and not serviced at all. The room was small and only had 2 beds. Upon complaining at the reception we found out that this is the hotel policy that there are no quad bed rooms but two small beds that were somehow under the twin bed would be used. So two normal twin sized bed, and two extremely small and weak beds that we took out from under the beds that took the entire space of the room. There was barely enough space for one to walk or even offer prayer. I don't what kind of policy is this. How is an adult supposed to sleep in a bed that's not even for his size? Moreover, for a 5-star hotel, they had no kettle in their rooms. The Suhoor offered was quite average. They had a variety of food for Indonesians and people of other countries, but no normal food for Pakistanis. Their were two managers at desk, one of which was very friendly and the other was quite ignorant. After traveling for 14 hours, we were hoping to be welcomed, rather we were punished and treated like we're staying for free. In the end, I saw my mother had drained all her energy and hence just went to the room they offered. And I was not the only case, there were several guests on the counter for the several reasons. Room service only made the bed, NOT CHANGED THE SHEETS, just made the bed and replaced toiletries. No vacuum or changing sheets of any kind. Terrible experience at Anjum. May Allah bring their Wrath on them for ruining the stay of Hajis.

I visited Anjum on feb 2017 for Umrah. Its a good hotel. PROS - Check in was quick, Staff are very helpful, Wifi is Excellent, Rooms are decent size, Breakfast buffet was Not great but Good, NEGS - Not really a big Neg but it is a 10 minute walk to the Mosque, 15 minute if your a elderly, Also the room key cards kept getting faulty and i had to keep coming back downstairs to charge it. Otherwise a good hotel.

Very average, not even close to 5 stars, bad food, staff are okay. Very expensive for what you get, I had though my by reading the reviews it would be better but it was sadly misleading. Rooms and nice. Elevators take 10 to 15 mins to come, ridiculous. Edit: while staying here our entire shower door came crashing down and injured my family member (it was made of glass and cut him), they did not even send anybody up, not even a nurse, I had to get them myself. Very slow and staff do not speak proper English. DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel is ideally located to get to the haraam within minutes. Overall the service is good and the room (twin) we had was ok. The Shubaika cafe is a gem. Especially, the main guy if you sit inside. Avoid the barbers! They charge double compared to the ones near the haraam and I was cut several times during my clean shave - no acknowledgement or apology almost like if its not mentioned it didn't happen.

I wish there was less than 1. The service was horrible 0/5. I kept calling the reception for 5 days straight and no one came to clean my room, while I saw people cleaning rooms near me. There was a Nespresso machine that had no capsules. The mini bar had nothing. The Internet was horrible, I keep waiting for a long period of time for it to connect. The only decent thing about the hotel is the food, the food was decent but it wasn’t the best. If your looking for a hotel in Near the Kaaba, I suggest you try to find an another hotel, because this hotel is horrible.

لا أنصح به، Bad experience The reception employees need 100 yrs of training in order to reach the average level (not the 5_star) starting from the voice tones and contempt looks. The Iftar and Sahoor really need to be improved! There was no answer to my 10 calls from the room. There were 3 extra beds in a room for one adult which restricted the movement and nobody came when I requested in person to remove them. The only thing I would give credit for is the room hygiene when we first arrive.

It's okay, but the staff cannot handle the volume of people they are not organized. The lifts also can't handle the volume of people. Also they did not ask to check my Tawakalna ?‍? There was too much noise on the floor that I was on. With regards to cleanliness and food I would give it a 3. Will not be booking here again. It's only good because it's close to the Haram. This hotel is not up to 5 star standard.
