تم وضع فرش جديد وعمل صيانة لكامل الفندق الغرف صغيرة نوعا ما ولا كنها نظيفة وجيدة من حيث الترتيب والقرب من الحرم جيد ومناسبة جدا في السعر
 Previously Umrah Paradise
New furniture has been installed and maintenance has been done for the entire hotel. The rooms are rather small, but they are clean and good in terms of arrangement. The proximity to the Haram is good and very suitable in price.

لكن جيد بشكل عام
والموظفين محترمين
The hotel is tired and needs some repairs
But overall good
The staff are respectful

5 مصاعد 2 الي شغالين وطول الوقت زحمه يعني انا ساكن ف الدور 7 اطلعها كلها وانزلها كلها في كل صلاه عشان اروح الحرم مو معقوله
الي باني الفندق اقولها احسن الله عزاك ف الاداره وفي المبنى
The Egyptian at the reception, I swear to God, it is not expressive in work (negligence, coldness, and indifference)
5 elevators, 2 are working, and the whole time is crowded, meaning I live in the 7th floor. I see all of them and take them down all in every prayer so that I go to the sanctuary. It is not reasonable.
To the builder of the hotel, I say it is better. May God bless you in the administration and in the building
