โ โ โ โ โ Only benefit of this place is that it is at a walking distance from Haram.
Otherwise, no clean rooms and has bed bugs with dirty sheets on them.

โ โ โ โ โ Vary bed experience if anyone dont want to get itchy and dont want to stay away from toilet for shower etc then please dont chose this hotel i want to give zero star but there is no option for that persons at reception they are illiterate dont know how to speak

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad hotel for family. Left always full. Take hours to come in and go out for namaz. Poor service provide my family by plain my trip team travel Lahore and shah e madina travel Karachi.

โ โ โ โ โ It was good room are small but neat and clean and most of the rooms washroom are very small so if you decide to stay here make sure room washroom is Clean and Big .

โ โ โ โ โ This hotel is located in Makkah at Ibrahim Khalilullah Road Makkah. Where the birds are sitting which is very famous name Kabotar Chowk. This hotel is very near to Kabotar Chowk. Hotel is very good looking and services provided are sufficient for the guests who stay in this hotel. All minimum facilities which is required for the hoteling purpose are available here.

โ โ โ โ โ Very non cooperative and arrogant staff . Hotel has agreement with Durra e Meezab/ Al arooj group from Pakistan . Durra e Meezab is a group of thugs and charging very heavily from the pilgrims who travel for first time to Saudi Arabia. Please stay away these thugs, heavy charges and no facilities ...

โ โ โ โ โ Good and Bad both.
Plus points:
1. Very near to the Haram. Takes about 5 minutes to enter the haram premises. You have to walk more insjde haram to see the Ka'aba though.
2. Great access to markets and meal places. Number of restaurants and food places are just meters away or across the road.
3. Basic amenities like TV, AC, washrooms, Room Fridges and in room self-ironing available.
Minus points:
1. Very small Rooms. Rooms are so small that you can't take three steps in a straight line. Some rooms are like 6/8 feet cubicles.
2. Average service. The staff is not very forthcoming and cooperative. Usually they will try to evade the request and if they do, they will do it frowning.
3. Hygiene. Not very impressive, the staff does maintain some level of hygiene but usually the room maintenance is on demand and not a routine.
4. Old old building. Structure and material, furniture are below standard and beds are small. A 6 feet guy will find his feet hanging down the bed.
End Note: if your focus is on Haram and Ibada and you do not care much about facilities and urban living, then this could be among the best choices. Otherwise find better options.
