★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the distance is about 600m from al haram.. not to clean, the room is not spacious, the sheets was little bit dirty, hot water are ready but sometimes didn't work, the underground dining room need to be renovated.. feels bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very small, only suitable for two bed. There is no arrangement for cleaning the room during stay and no concept of room service. Only benefit staying here is that its near Masjid Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Conjusted room. 2 bed room is converted to 4 bed. No room service. No cleaner. 550 meter away from Haram. No place for bags. Hotel is always reserved for indoneshian peoples. Reception is aware with English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience at all. We stayed 3 hotels in makkah in our tour,and this hotel was one of the best in reasonable price. Rooms are clean, bed are enough for the rest, and more importantly 5 mins walk away from haram with best elevators so that u can leave ur room as the Azaan begins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only benefit to this place is that it is relatively close to masjid Al Haram, relatively speaking.
Everything else is not that good. Room service does not exist and language will be a major barrier.
Rooms are tiny and bathroom is in state of disrepair. You will find plumbing is often broken or leaking
There is Wi-Fi in lobby but that should not matter as much if you are coming to Kaaba

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother booking this hotel. The service is worst, no one understands english and urdu. The guy on the reception is always sleeping or watching something on the mobile. I was travelling from Karachi to Manchester via Jeddah with 2 kids so I had a lot of luggage but there was nobody available for help at this hotel at all, even there was no trolly available so I had to pick up all my bags myself and take to my room. The rooms are too small, even there was no space to pray namaz in the room.
