★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor hygiene, bathroom stinks from miles away. Staff are very rude. The water vending machines are always broken, and to add on top of all that. good luck finding a parking spot during busy hours. RUN WHILE YOU CAN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always the best gym in country but, this is my 3rd time back to ksa and quality of the past went straight to Money, money, money: no towel( with the excuse of the covid) and very few are bringing it from home leading in very poor hygiene standards, no more free water, no more first orientation from the trainers ( they should at least smile and greet all customers, as a basic) no sanitizing wipes available to clean the machines (as per COVID), no more essence in the steam room ( smell super bad!) NO internet available.
All comments reported to the team at the reception and to the supervisor of the call center who never called back as promised..And of course no actions!
I won’t extend my membership!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness Time is the best gym I’ve ever seen. It has a lot of branches around the kingdom that you can access easily and enjoy your time. Some branches are crowded at specific period of time but you can still manage your workout with a variety of machines. I like the way they manage their machines renewal process. You can find the ones you know and you can discover a lot of new ones like the free runner machine attached.
