★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy most of the times. Like the normal 50min workout takes 2hours minimum even on weekends. And all machines are asking for retirement, like super old and heavily used. Been here for a year now.

no free water (they only sell it ?)
Not a lot of machines..
Also the network coverage is bad inside.. also their WIFI is not working properly.
Personal trainers are so expensive and not worth the price you're paying for, they are so annoying trying to hook you up.
I mean.. you guys had one job.. why cannot I even track my progress?
I'm not renewing my membership
Think twice before you come here, actually 3 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My gym for more than 3 years. Outstanding staff and coaches, typically not crowded so virtually no waiting time for machines or benches. Equipment is mixed between old and renewed but overall gets the job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For what you’re paying it’s good value
Pros:
- Clean, has about every essential machine and equipment you need for resistance training with good quantity.
- Fair amount of members, if you avoid rush hour (usually 7-10 pm on weekdays) then you wouldn’t really have to queue up for a machine.
- Cheap compared to other gyms in its same class.
- cold water is available at the front desk for 2 SAR. Which is convenient compared to most non functional water machines in Fitness time.
- there is healthy food place and a sport suppliments store nextdoor if you’re interested.
Cons:
- coaches are basically salesmen, everyone will keep nagging at you to get the free personal training session even if you clearly answer that you are not interested (even calling your personal phone on random timings). Other than trying to sell you the PT sessions they are useless and nowhere to be found unless they have an ongoing PT session with a client, so if you plan on training in this gym you better have a good background knowledge of resistance training because you’re on your own without a PT.
- Parking space is scarce, and almost always full with people frequently blocking your car by parking in front of it.
- Does not operate 24 hours, which is pretty weird considering it’s few branches and you would guess that it would follow what most of other gyms are doing. But at least it opens early morning at 0630 am. (Coach wouldn’t even have to be present after midnight as they not even present at day hours outside of a PT session anyway)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Month ago I filled for refund after that branch shot down, till now I didn't get my money, the customer service numbers are off, social media accounts keep ignoring my inquiry, it's really a shame..
Keep your money guys and run away from that place, u gonna regret it if did join that awful place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly be aware of all the terms and conditions before taking membership. I have suffered badly, I signed up membership for 4 months and shared my card details for monthly payment plan. After 4 months they keep charging me without my approval. I contacted through phone and helpline without any result. Finally went personally to cancel and find out they are reluctant to cancel my subscription. They demanded additional one month fees.. Even though they charged me beginning of this month. It’s a fraud they are running. Very unprofessional staff, no one there to help or sort the issues. Worst experience of my life… pls stay away.
