★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend you to join Fast Fit gym, especially if you are working and you don't have time to go every day to regular gym. I strongly recommend you to join with coach Karen Anina, she is so professional and helpful, she knows exactly how train you based on what you need,she is such a wonderful motivator coach, I really noticed big difference in my skin stretch and body with limited time.
Thank you for opening this wonderful gym in our country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a great solution for people with busy schedules am working and studying and usually don’t have time to go to the gum on a daily basis so fast got is a great choice because the exercise takes 20 min and I can do 1 or 2 times a week also my training Karen always challenges me with the workouts which eventually leads the better results. Additionally Karen recommend an app for me to track my daily food intake which I really love cause it’s fun and easy to use also helps me watch out what am eating and guides me to reach my fitness goals. I love fast fit ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have started going to fast fit for 3 months and it was phenomenal, due to some reasons I have stopped going for 2 months which have showed me what 3 months at fast fit can do. I have been impressed by the result I got after the 3 months.
Therefore I have been back for 6 months now and have achieved a healthy body and a great shape. It would definitely be a permanent lifestyle for me and would recommend anyone to start going there.
Thanks to my trainer Delia, she has been very supportive and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ❌?? Very bad experience with captain Lucian. As all said he was in bad mood after his surgery !!!!! … Is that a reason to waste my time and my sessions?? Then refusing to return my money?!
Take care guys .. the whole idea depends in your trainer mood !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning I had some doubts about this technique but after only 2 months both EMS & diet I found : 1- I lost 6.5 KG and came almost at ideal weight. 2- My muscles mass increased 4 kg. 3- Improved body shape and wearing experience. 4- Increased metabolism, I can feel energetic all the time and active that truly affect my mood and productivity. 5- Plenty of compliments specially people not seen for long time. I love it and sure will continue as its matching my lack of time to go exercise. My coach is Goerge I gave him a hattrick and recommend him all the time. I hope they can revise their prices to be perfect choice. I tried another coach Calie and he is challenging my session to the maximum which I loved it, for me it's my enjoyable entertaining time when I open FF door to start the session. Load of thanks guys you made my life better.
