★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has good facilities and is conveniently located. Its clean also. The reason for 2 stars is:
1. There is no water available for drinking
2. The new opening and closing time is 7am to 7pm. Mind you, this gym is in our hospital. accommodation grounds, meaning most of the clients are health care workers who mostly work 7 to 7. On top of that, its closed on Fridays. Inconsiderate and inconvenient much?
3. The air-conditioner is not working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would especially mention the Kind Fahad branch in Riyadh. The manager there is extremely rude and disrespectful. They dont know how to speak with paying clients. If a particular class is cancelled or the pool is closed no prior intimation is given. Very bad management and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They barely speak English. The ACs aren’t working for over a month. The trainers aren’t good. I barely ever sweat in their classes. The pool closes at random times (now they started closing at 6 pm)!! The pool isn’t clean. They rarely clean equipment despite COVID-19.
Also there’s no water to drink.
I don’t recommend this branch at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodating and friendly staff.. Mostly the Filipina named Wima she's too informative and having much idea about their products that ended up buying what she advised. I have no regrets of buying products from them, IT WORKS LIKE A MAGIC SPELLS ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ???

1- air conditioning is not working , I can’t stay in the gym for 1 hour because of no air
2- administration staff usually not around if you you want to ask about something
3- I like the swimming pool is clean
