★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a shame to recruit at the reception bader Al oteibi who has a very bad attitude , disrespectful with the way he addresses the customers . I have always experienced nothing but a great behavior from other employees at the gym . He asked me in a very rude and brash tone to put my mask on when he had no mask on him . I understand that he is following the law but that doesn’t give him the right to be impolite . I hope that you would fix this issue . Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym 24/7 . Only on Friday they close for 3 hours from( 10 am - 1 pm ) for Jomah prayer .
Parking is a nightmare!! Swiming pool is small for a premium branch and too crowded for a pool with such a size with no capacity control by the life guard or the gym manager!
Other facilities are good. There is a little issue which is “ Noisy “ in this branch which is the ping pong table in the cardio area with a lot of screaming and ball coming near the Elliptical machines while you are training!! Other noisy fact is the sound of the announcements at the gym is The MICROPHONE ? its really annoying especially when you are trying to watch or do something while you are training!
