Reception are good
Swimming pool is directly effected by weather. But the swimming pool coach is professional
Gym coach are not up to expectations, if they see you doing wrong move they don't come and correct you. Expecting you to ask them for personal training.
The over all rating excellent.
Opening hours shall be fixed in the early morning

Cons: hard to find parking, bad smell in the sauna, smaller than your usual gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before, it was very good but after the pandemic they don't care that much. especially the swimming pool is very cold. They don't heat the water enough like they did before. in the summer okay of course no need to heat but after November until May heating is needed. Even in the coldest days they were not heating to comfortable level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This being the one of the most Premium branches of Fitness Time is just EMBARRASSING for the brand itself. A Waste of Money.
The front desk staff are Saudis who cant understand a word of English, they’re under-trained and just disrespectful. Its Poorly Managed and most of the staff and trainers just stand and wasting their time standing rather than help someone.
Other than the exception of Weightlifting Hall and a Trainer named John the place is just sad. Cardio Equipment is Old and the Locker room is in a bad state.
3 months here were just a waste, i came 6 days a week for three months and i forgot my mask and keys once. The front staff wasn’t calling the manager or letting me in to speak with him. I had to shout to get the manager out and then he apologized.
A better Gym would be Body Master, PureGym, GoldsGym or maybe another FT branch.
