★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the view from the rooftop tea lounge, welcoming staff, 1 star for the construction obstacles, dust, and noise, closed swimming pool, poor internet, and mediocre breakfast. When the construction is finished I recommend for sitting and drinking tea and coffee on the roof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located at the top of the mountains with a beautiful view. Unfortunately the decorations and furniture of the hotel are not good its over decorated while compromising the overall hygienic needs. The room smell is oughful. The bathrooms are full of bugs and smell very bad. It is unfortunate that this beautifully located hotel is poorly managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the view (although you get amazing views everywhere in Faifa) and 2 stars for the generosity and hospitality of the receptionist
Otherwise, hotel guests were very noisy and the toilet is extremely bad (very bad smell, too small and a very dirty I couldn’t even use it to take a shower. The room is old and needs renovation as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly overpriced hotel. Poor room conditions (room lock not functioning properly, very weak shower pump, no phone to call reception, TV doesn’t work, very old furniture). Additionally no room service available and no breakfast service available (even during holiday season). Staff is not down to earth and not helpful at all (receptionist was on his phone all the time). So overall very low value for money and not recommended.
