s	saeed s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق ممتازه و سعرها معقول .. الاستقبال محترمين جميعاً الله يوفقهم .. عمّال الشقق متعاونين جدا .. العيوب : ١- شبكة الاتصال و الانترنت سيئة جدا جدا .. في المنطقه بشكل عام و في الشقق بشكل خاص .. لو توفرون شبكه داخليه يكون اجمل ٢- بحكم ان سعرها معقول .. فقط الشبابيك تحتاج تنظيف من الخارج بس اوساخ الطيور .. ٣- تغيير مفارش السرير بحكم انها قديمه و لكن ليست متسخه .. اتمنى لهم التوفيق .. الله يرزقنا و اياهم ? Excellent apartments with reasonable price.. The reception is respectful. May God help them.. The apartment workers are very cooperative.. Defects : 1- The network and the internet are very, very bad.. in the area in general and in the apartments in particular.. if you provide an internal network, it would be nicer 2- Because the price is reasonable. Only the windows need cleaning from the outside, but the dirt of birds.. 3- Changing the bed linen because it is old, but not dirty. I wish them success.. God bless us and them ?
a	ahmad alzhrani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسعار مناسبة جدا ونظافة عالية وخدمة جيده من العامل وتعامل مميز مع الزبائن من قبل الاستقبال .. لو زرت الرايس مره اخرى ماراح اتردد في تكرار التجربة لديهم Very suitable prices, high cleanliness, good service from the worker, and a special treatment with customers by the reception.. If I visit Al-Rais again, I will not hesitate to repeat the experience with them.
T	Tokl V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق ممتازة الاسره ونظافة الاثاث ممتازة والأسعار جميلة جدا لكن يعيبها عيب كبير جداً وهو الريحة المقرفة انا استأجرت في الدور الثالث جناح والرائحة سيئة جداً لا تطاق في كل مكان في سيب والغرفة ودورات المياة ولو ما كنا تعبانين ما جلسنا فيها لكن لو يحلون هذه المشكلة بتكون افضل شقة في منطقتها Excellent apartments, the beds, the cleanliness of the furniture, and the prices are very nice, but it has a very big flaw, which is the disgusting smell. I rented a suite on the third floor, and the smell was very bad and unbearable everywhere in Seeb, the room and the bathrooms. Apartment in her area
E	Elan-Sama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان نظيف لكن ينقصه الكثير مافي طاولات خدمه في الصاله الدور الأول مافي انترنت (لا تصله التغطيه) وصلنا ٢٠٢١ و باقي شقق ماتعرف اهميه وجود الأنترنت. لا يوجد غساله المطبخ لا يحتوي الا على ابريق شاي و اربع كاسات. لا يوجد سجاد ع الأرضيه.. (ماوفرتوا طاولات ياليت توفرون سجاد نجلس عليه!!!) موقع الشقه بعيييييد جدا عن برج الإتصالات .. (يعني ادفع زياده بس اشتري راحتك ) The place is clean but lacks a lot There are no service tables in the hall The first floor has no internet (the coverage does not reach) we arrived in 2021 and the rest of the apartments don't know the importance of the internet. There is no washing machine The kitchen contains only a teapot and four cups. There are no carpets on the floor.. (You did not provide tables, I wish you could provide carpets for us to sit on!!!) The location of the apartment is very far from the communications tower. (I mean pay more, but buy your comfort)

O.A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الغرف نظيفه .. الصاله نظيفه .. مفارش السرير نظيفه .. دورة المياة نظيفه لكن فيها ريحه و الدش سيء جداً جداً و أيضاً الماء أحس مليان ملح … لايوجد طاولات خدمه بالصاله وايضاً لايوجد دعاسات عند باب دورة المياه خصوصاً ان الارض سيراميك … السعر ممتاز … ممكن اكرر الزياره The rooms are clean..the hall is clean..the bed linens are clean..the bathroom is clean but it smells and the shower is very very bad and also the water felt full of salt...there are no service tables in the hall and also there are no pedestals at the bathroom door especially that the floor is ceramic...The price is excellent... May I repeat the visit?
