★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل الاخ حسام جيد جدا ويخدم بما يستطيع حبوب ومبتسم
لكن للأسف النظافة سيئة والفرش قديم وتنقصه كثير من الخدمات والإطلالة جيدة من خلال نوافذ فقط و بدون بلكونات
المصعد صغير يحتمل ٣ اشخاص
والحمامات تحتاج تغيير كرسي ودش وتنظيم لاسلاك السخان والافياش
فيفا بشكل عام تفتقر للسكن والنظافة وتقل فيها الشقق وأغلبها غرف منفردة يستخدمها مرتاد الجبل من اجل تخزينة القات المشهورة
بشكل عام الشقق تحتاج إلى تجديد كامل
