★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch not good bcz thy will not give a change of the money of 500sr,today I transfer my to my family and my money was 500sr,I tell the teller I sent only 300sr.but he sent all my money 500??? I came bck home for nothing even 1riyal? So dnt try this branch if u dnt want hve a trouble also the people wrking hre not good person?all of them was lazy to fix ur problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this branch are rude and unhelpful. I waited at the desk while the staff member refused to acknowledge my existence and served other people even after I said that I was next. In contrast the staff at Ersal have always treated me very well. I'd much rather spend the 50 rials on transport than walk to this Western Union.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guards is so harsh .. and both staff are treating customer badly like we have gone there to beg for money anyway whoever is manager this branch has to know costumers need polite to be served with smile and welcome words as the.leave.. IWOULD RECOMMENDS TO USE OTHER BRANCH ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The working time of this branch is mentioned as opening at 9am and closing is 6pm but at 5.20 I came to the bank and it's already closed.. Either they need to update their timing and don't make fool out of other.. Worse experience from the bank staffs...
I do see that the customer are having worst experience from the staff and why still the management is not taking any action on this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE SECURITY IS NOT GOOD! HE FORCE ME TO GO THE OTHER BANK. HE SAID ALREADY CLOSE. I CAME AT 11AM. EVEN THE TELLER DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. THEY WATHCHING HIS PHONE!
I TELL HIM TO SEND MY MONEY OUTSIDE CHARGE BUT THEY SEND WITH CHARGE. I HAVED CHANGE BUT HE SAID DON'T HAVED CHANGE. I WISH THE EMPLOYEE'S OF ENJAZ HERE IN AL MUNISYA HAVE A GOOD HEART AND GOOD SERVICE.
The small security is good. They assist me even the other customers. Only him are good staff I experience. I HOPE MORE BLESSINGS COME TO HIM. THANKS SO MUCH FOR HIM.
