★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo que reconocer, que la atención del personal en la embajada es de otro nivel, muy por encima de las expectativas, la Srta Sonia, muy profesional y dada a resolver los problemas, hace que la embajada funcione como un lugar que realmente está para ayudar al ciudadano, ( como debe ser) esto hace que este muy sobre las expectativas, se nota su dedicación al trabajo.
The attention from Sonia is the best, she really make you feel that embassy give the needed support to their citizenship,
She make a great job, very professional. I can see her dedicaron since first time I comunícate with embassy to get a solution to my issue.
I have to admit that the attention of the staff at the embassy is of another level, well above expectations, Ms. Sonia, very professional and given to solving problems, makes the embassy work as a place that is really there to help to the citizen, (as it should be) this makes this very above expectations, it shows his dedication to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a nice phyllipine guy attending and guiding the people when you ring the doors bell. The communicator device volume is low so the guy needed to come outside to talk with us personally. There was no one working today. You need to communicate with Sonya first before going to the Embassy but would be better if the consular officers warns about this.
