Very bad service.....and sad people all the time
Crowded ....no organization.....you will spend at least 3hours in very simple procedure even if you are the only customer ......5th grade primary school students, can run the place better than the embassy staff......
I went to this place hundreds times and each time it's prove that is the worst place in the world
I wondered how it get this rate (4) .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is some improvement in their service,comfortable hall and seats also there is receptionist colects copy of your documents and send them them probably for checking your data and the fees you have to pay before you reach the window.
booking an appointment from the website will not help you.and no body will care for that.
No electronic payment and you have to pay in cash.so be ready for that. ATM is a little bit far from the Embassy.there is parking for your car opposite to the embassy parking ticket cost 12 saudi riyals. some times no exchange and the worker will not accept more or less than 12SR.The ambassodor & the head of the passport office, from my first impression are helpful men. imposing Zakat for salaries which barely cover our expenses.i think not awise decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are good. The building is better than the very very old one but still the standard needs to improve more .I went today to issue an NOC certificate and it was issued realy fast which was quit satisfying. Hope they keep improving their services and the building.
