Waiting area is not covered with air conditioning - it is horrible to stay from 9 am to 11 am in 50 degrees in the summer specially if you are waiting with your kids

This place is a falafel shop not an embassy.Waiting room has no AC only a useless fan!Hello!! We're in Riyadh where the heat in August reaches 55!!!We waited for 4 hours and when we asked the indian employee "Yonis Ali" when our turn gonna come? And that we need a realistic answer please" he said 3 more hours!!!!!!!!When we said this is not acceptable and that a total wait of 6 hours is just redicilous he said"go visit another country!!!!!!" Was that welcoming? I leave it to you.We didnt sumbmitt our applications, our day went to waist and Greece reputation as the most welcoming country has been ruined by an indian guy.Shame! To the Greek Embassy: 1- Double check who you hire please. The LEAST you can do. 2-There are great deals at SACO on ACs. Get one!

It’s the worst and slowest visa process I have ever seen. No appointment service. You need to come too early and wait under the sun for more than three hours to get inside. I didn’t receive my passport yet even I apply a month ago, and no one answer to your call

After waiting 5 hours in a 3x4 room with no windows or air conditioning, and after constantly seeing other applicants, coming after me, have their papers processd, the staff member simply told me "if you're not willing to wait 3 more hours, go visit another country" It's by far the most retarded embassy you could ever step a foot in. It made me question if it's at all worth visiting Greece anymore. I think you should not either.

The worst embassy I have ever been to, I showed up at 6:45 AM at gate. I did not get in until 12:37 PM. After all that waiting these clowns rejected our applications because we will spend two extra days in Italy more than Greece. They asked me to change dates if I want their visa. Seriously a country like Greece which has horrible financial crisis should never reject people. I cancelled our business flight using their airlines and all the hotels there, yet we switched our plans to Italy, Switzerland and France, much better choice. Will never return to this embassy ever!

The worst embassy I've ever applied at. The staff are impolite and impatient. The wait time for applying for a visa is 3 hours. The wait time for picking up the passport is 1 hour. The visa was issued for only 10 days even though my travel history is extensive and all documents were as required. Avoid this embassy at all costs!

They are not following the numbers that given to the applicants. And when we enter inside to apply after 5 hours waiting , the old lady was working there , she started shouting on us in un polite way she said " harry up we want to finish you are not coming to drink coffee " !!! Really I shucked!! It was the worst experience ever.

The worst and slowest Visa Process I have ever had. The average waiting time is not less than 3 hours. This in addition to the waiting time in a queue under the sun (in a more than 40 degree weather)!!! They don’t even have an appointment system!!! Just drop-in!!! You keep watching people coming late and get in while you’re waiting!!! You wouldn’t imagine how bad the waiting area! The AC is not cooling sufficiently (facing the door), the celling fan was better than the AC but noisy, there’s no TV, no decoration at all, and no even a watch! Nevertheless, few and inadequate parking spaces. There’s no toilets!!! I do t know how it can be called an embassy!
