★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف تجربتي معهم في صيانة الجهاز لم تكن موفقة ... راجعتهم من أجل تغيير شاشة الجوال وتم التغيير واستلمت الجهاز قبل الظهر وطلبت منهم فاتورة من أجل الضمان وقال لي الموظف مو لازم ... لاتشيل هم ... تعال في أي وقت ونحن نضمن لك الجهاز ... استلمت الجهاز وكان ممتاز وفي المساء توقف الجهاز فجأة فتوجهت لهم صباح اليوم التالي وتوقعت أن يقول سنفحص عملنا ونبلغك إن كان الخلل بسبب تغيير الشاشة .. اتصل بي بعد فترة قصيرة وقال أنت وش سويت في الجهاز ؟
قلت ما سويت شي .. قال غير شاحنك .. شاحنك مضروب .. علما أني لا أستخدم إلا شواحن أصلية .. في الأخير قال أنتظر نحصل فني مختص بخلل جهازك .. الزبدة أخذت الجهاز وقلت له جزاك الله خير وصلحته في محل آخر ..
ملاحظاتي:
١/لم يعطيني فاتورة
٢/ لم أشعر باستعدادهم لتحمل مسؤولية ما بعد البيع
٣/ نقل العتب للزبون في فترة هو بحاجة للإصلاح فقط دون تبرير من المتسبب
٤/ لن أكرر تجربتي معهم ولن أنصح بهم لصديق

I said I didn’t do anything.. He said other than your charger.. Your charger is multiplied.. Note that I only use original chargers.. In the end, he said, “Wait, we get a technician who specializes in your device’s defect.” Butter took the device and told him, may God reward you, and fixed it in another shop..
My notes:
1/ He didn't give me an invoice
2/ I didn't feel they were ready to take on after-sales responsibility
3 / Transferring the blame to the customer in a period when he needs repair only without justification from the culprit
4/ I will not repeat my experience with them and will not recommend them to a friend
