قسم الصيانة اخلاقهم ممتازة فقط ، لكن من اسوء ما رايت بالعمل وصيانة الاجهزة تصليحي عندهم كلفني رمي جهازي بقيمة ١٧٠٠ ريال بالزبالة اكرمكم الله والعطل كان الشاشة الخارجية انكسرت وكسروا الشاشة الداخلية ?♂️!
والسبب كان ما تاكدوا ان الساعة ماشية على اخر اصدار ?!
وهذا غير انهم ماعندهم وسيلة تواصل ممتازة يعني توقع اذا صلحت عندهم بتروح وترجعلهم لان مايردون على الجوال ?
ومن رايي ان هالكلام يعني مافي اي حس بالمسؤولية نوعاً ما او اهتمام بالعميل عندهم
وممكن لما تروح تتفاجا انهم باجازة طويلين العمر ??♂️
وتضيع وقتك
هذي تجربتي معهم وللامانة متحسف على النجمة ودي او احط ربعها بس عشان اكتب تعليقي
واتمنى من اصحاب المحل مايردون علي زي الردود الاخرى
احنا سمعتنا عالية .. نعم سمعتكم عالية باخلاقكم لكن ليست بصيانتكم
I do not recommend repairing their apple watch
The maintenance department, their morals are only excellent, but one of the worst things I saw was to work and maintain the devices. My repair cost me throwing my device worth 1700 riyals with rubbish. May God bless you and the malfunction was the external screen broke and broke the internal screen ?♂️!
The reason was when they made sure that the watch was running on the latest version ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الله يسعده أسامه من حبه لمجال الصيانه صلحت عنده الساعه .. وسبب تصليحي للساعه ان البصمه ماهي شغاااله ومشوااار الين افتح الجهاز واقرا الرسايل وكثييير قالولي لازم تغير الشاشه كامله لأن الكيبل مشقوق قالي هات الجهاز بشوفه وصلح لي البصمه وما اخذ مني ولا شي والله عجبني شغفه بالمجال وحبه ف عمله اثبت لي مقولة حب شغلك وراح تبدع ??❤️ واسلوبه وتعامله ماشاء الله عليه
