The best mobile store I've ever had. I had a problem and all the stores couldn't solve the problem except he solved it at a symbolic price. The owner of the shop is Abu Raed Habib and easy to deal with. I advise you to deal with him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئة جدًا معهم والخدمة بعد الاصلاح والضمان سيئ جداً ،، عطيتهم ايباد لتغير الشاشة وغيرو البصمه الاصليه ببصمه تجارية تجي مع الشاشه وخربت عندي البصمه (ضغت الزر ودخل جوا من التركيب السيئ) والمايك انفصل معد يشتغل ورجعت لهم وصلحو الزر وفصلوه وشبكوه والتمس الجهاز وخرب انحرق الاي سي ورجعت لهم وعطوني عذر انه عيب مصنعي وما يتحملونه وان الجهاز مسكه اكثر من شخص منهم وقعدت من اسبوعين الى ثلاثه اطاردهم ،، واخر شي كانو يقولون لي بنشرتيه منك بـ٥٠٠ وانا شاريه الايباد ب١٦٠٠تقريباً وما كمل سنه معي واول فكه على يدهم ومرمطوني صراحه وقلت لهم ما ابي ال٥٠٠ ابي تصلحونه لانها مب حقه وصلحوه وما كمل اسبوعين وخرب وطفى ،، وللامانه خاطري طاب منهم وما اقول الا الله لا يحللهم ولا يبيحهم كانهم ظلموني. ما همني الايباد كثر م استفزني التعامل السيئ
والسالفه مر عليها شهر من اخر مره زرتهم بس حبيت اكتب تجربتي عشان محد يمر بالتجربة السيئة الي مريتها ?
A very bad experience with them and the service after repair and warranty is very bad, I gave them an iPad to change the screen and they changed the original fingerprint with a commercial fingerprint that came with the screen and ruined the fingerprint (I pressed the button and entered the air from the bad installation) and the mic broke off, ready to work, I returned to them and repaired the button, disconnected it, connected it, touched the device and it burned. I came back to them and they gave me an excuse that it was a factory defect and they could not bear, and that the device was held by more than one of them, and I stayed from two to three weeks and chased them,, and the last thing they were telling me was that I posted it from you for 500 and I bought the iPad for about 1600, and it has not been a year with me and the first jaw is on their hand and they gave me frankly and told them I don’t want the 500, my father to fix it because it is not right and they fixed it and it did not complete two weeks and ruined it, and to be honest, I have a good time with them and I only say God does not analyze them and does not allow them as if they wronged me. I don't care about the iPad so much, the bad handling provoked me
And the above has been a month since the last time I visited them, but I wanted to write my experience so that no one goes through the bad experience I went through ?
