Moroccan bath area is not well designed for
No lockers, its in bride room ?
I cant understand a Moroccan bath done by other nationalities because no one can do it better than them what so ever
No dress code
Hair care area: not recommend it ??because staff are not trained at all
In general: staff are not well trained for their specific job
And no coordinator or in-charge to arrange flow, thats what cause a time delay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to make-up and hair styles it is one of the best places ever. The make up is professionally done and some celebrities come to this place. However, the services need to be improved and reconsidered. Reception staff is messy, need organization and customer service skills. The place lacks quality standards when it comes with dealing with customers. You have to go around look for the staff. You have to keep asking and nag for your service to be done. The delay is another nerve breaking issue. They are never on time and always messed up.
