Looking for perfect eyebrows? ask for “Rawdah” and you won’t be disappointed. ( she is my favourite ). Perfect place for quick blow drys and refreshing kerastase hair treatments. Their nail technicians are all very proffessional and cute. Love everyone who works there. I am their number 1 fan. Love you bouthaina

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cut my hair with Ghadeer and she is super great. However NEVER EVER LET THEM WASH YOUR HAIR IF NOT NECESSARY. Bring your hair brush and brush your hair yourself before cut wash dye treat or anything because they are rough and half of my hair got tangled and fell down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced >> the women who was doing my hair said 180 only for washing and blow dry>> then the manager (zubaida) came and told me will do it all 130 .... really wired when it depends on there mood ... didn’t like the receptionist service also they always don’t have credit card machines and you should pay in cash

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0!! EVEN 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU. My friend and I just walked in, then immediately out!! Your front-liners/receptionists are aggressively rude!! No basic manners or principles of customer service by any mean!! One of them was on the phone when we walked in (personal call) and did not even bother to excuse her self and kept starring at us!! Just like that!! Till the other representative showed up to the rescue, to show even worse, unimaginable rudeness!! Bouthaina was always our go-to salon since we were kids, never have we ever seen such an offensive attitude in there. Hence, we won’t have to again since we won’t be stepping in ever inshallah, I promise you that, along with everyone we know. Hence, proper action will be taken against that unacceptable experience.
