Ask for Charo..and select the special manicure and pedicure or the spa mani-pedi, if you want to experience everything the place has to offer in terms of nailcare. I have been coming to this place for mani- pedi regularly since the past year and I can vouch that this is the best service you will get in the city.. also one more point which is a must mention. Their nail polish collection is huge and amazing . They have mostly all shades and hues in matte as well as gel.. their nail art is also very neat .. Overall super impressed!

Cons: Doesn’t have a spa vibe...there’s an enormous TV in the waiting area, plus TVs all over the pedicure area, noisy halls outside the massage room, which to me doesn’t really promote the concept of relaxing and unwinding. Also the pedicure area was very crowded and noisy and the chair was quite uncomfortable, so although the quality of the pedicure was excellent, it’s not a place to relax. Additionally, I was surprised at the waiting times. I had two treatments booked and was told it would take two hours. But I ended up being there for 3.5 because I had a lengthy wait for each treatment. This could be improved.

The receptionists are welcoming and lovely, the ambience and decor is calming and soothing, the staff are professional and very good. What I love about Oriana the most is you can rest assured that your time will be respected and you will be treated very well. They’ve maintained their quality service for many years and continue to do so. Bravo to the owners and staff! A big thank you to all of you!
