No Good WiFi in rooms at all
Hotel located in a quiet uphill location.
No Good for Elderly or Disabled people
Doesn't have the wow views like the 5* hotels outside Masjid Al Haram but that's why it is where is is and cheaper. Was told it is a 4* hotel but in fact it feels and looks like a 3*. A good place for those who don't really care much about hotel ratings. Taxis are never too far away if you want to wander further a field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is average .Can give 2 stars .Its near Haram ,just took 6 minutes to reach haram from hotel by walk.But hotel is on steep hight ,not recommended for old people .Rest its near market ,lot of restaurents are available nearby for breakfast ,lunch and dinner however it has its own restaurent .

The hotel is perfectly located between distance and price point to be made avail off. The amenities are just amazing, 5 star ratings for their staff and customer service, speedy check-ins, helpful concierge, shuttle to Masjid al Haram and bell boy.
I wouldn't tag it as a 4 star but its quite up there. The rooms are cozy and the restrooms are clean. There is always service available for you to get your room cleaned.
Would not recommend for elderly folks and pregnant women. The entire journey to the hotel is just fine except for the last 3 min steep climb to the hill where its located.
My wife and I enjoyed the steep climbs with our 1 year old daughter. We didn't mind and we enjoyed it. I would certainly come back and stay here again and again.
Total distance to the nearest gate is 12-14 mins depends on your seed of walking but for some folks with some difficulty, it would easily take 25-30 mins.
Laundry Services available outside the hotel in a near by neighborhood on the hill top or down below in the main street. All other shops available 24/7 beside the clock tower in the same street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never book this hotel through online website. They will cancel your registration at last moment saying no room available. If you pay them cash twice the amount u will get room easily... rooms are very very small and never bring old person in this hotel as it located at high location. There is mini bus located in front of the hotel for carrying passenger near to haram( This is for show purpose only).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best 5 star hotels at ajyad street in safwah towers. Very near to Haram. Just 2,3 minutes walk. Having shopping mall at 1st and 2nd floor of building. Excellent services.
