★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سويت مطبخي عندهم من ست شهور وما خلص! وكل مرة نتواصل مع المصنع يأجلون لأسباب غير مقنعة! مرة خربت أجهزة المصانع و مرة عشان ضغط! المشكلة تم دفع المبلغ كامل لهم طيب التأخير مين يعوضني عليه!
تمت الشكوى لحماية المستهلك و ننتظر اتخاذ الاجراء المناسب.
 I sweetened my kitchen with them six months ago, and they didn't finish! And every time we contact the factory they postpone for unconvincing reasons! Once I destroyed the factory equipment and once for pressure! The problem is that the full amount has been paid to them. Ok, for the delay, who will compensate me for it!
A complaint has been made to protect the consumer and we are waiting for the appropriate action to be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بعد دراسة لمحلات تفصيل المطابخ في الرياض والمفاضلة بالتفاصيل المرغوبة والخيارات المتاحة اتضح لي ان اختياري لتفصيل مطبخي الداخلي في مطابخ كريستوود هو قرار موفق وممتاز وجدا سعيدة وممنونة للمهندس مساعد القفاري لتعريفي عليهم علاوة على ذلك ذوقهم ومعاملتهم الطيبة وتواصلي معهم الدائم حيث اني غيرت بالتصميم لاكثر من مرة وكانوا جدا صبورين هدفهم رضاء العميل واي خطأ يتم تعديله بكل تفهم وحرص حتى انهم حققوا امنيتي بتلبيس مروحة الشفط بورسلان رخامي وكان جدا جميل والعمال جدا بروفيشنيال ونظيفين ومحترمين للغاية يشتغلون في بالبيت لا صوت ولا كلام ولا تدخين بصراحة من زمان ما شفت عمالة بهالاحترافية وايضا السعر مقارنة ببعض المطابخ المعروفة يعتبر جدا ممتاز ومعقول

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لم اجرب المنتج لكن تجربة خدمة عملاء سيئة جدا و هذا الاهم الي خلاني اشطب عليهم. المفترض تصنيع حسب طلب العميل وليسا وفق سياسات الشركة الغير مقنعة. سياسات الشركة تحتاج مراجعة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تصاميم جميلة ومنوعة ، التسليم عادة ثلاث شهور، لاحظت انهم يختلفون عن محلات المطابخ بالأسطح ما عندهم خشب اما بورسلان او رخام ، الأسعار مقاربة للمحلات الي بمستواهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرتهم ، وكنت متحمس للتعاقد معهم، ولكن موظف المعرض لا يصلح لمكان كهذا ، وايضا المعلومات والتسويق عنده معدوم تجلس تسأل تسأل تسأل وعسى ان تجد الجواب لسؤالك، باختصار اصبحت غير متفائل بما يلي هذه المرحلة من التصنيع للتركيب لخدمة العملاء في ظل تجربتي هذه وشكاوى المعلقين السابقين !!! وهذا كله بجانب انك ستدفع مبلغ عالي يعتبر استهتار ، وسأكون ساذجا لو رجعت لهم ما لم تتعدل سياستهم.
