★ ★ ★ ★ ★ محل ماعنده اي مصداقية .. أول ماتزورهم يبهرونك بكلامهم المعسول لكن بعد توقيع العقد واستلام المبلغ ينسونك تماما
9 شهور من توقيع العقد ولم استلم مطبخي وحتى طلبي لم
يرسل لألمانيا .. وحتى فلوسي مو راضيين يرجعونها لي ..مماطلات لانهاية لها ووعود كاذبة لكن المحاكم بيننا بإذن الله.
A shop that does not have any credibility.. The first time you visit them, they amaze you with their sweet words, but after signing the contract and receiving the amount, they forget you completely.
9 months from signing the contract and I didn't receive my kitchen and even my order didn't
He is sent to Germany..and even my money is not satisfied. They return it to me..endless delays and false promises, but the courts are between us, God willing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم لي أكثر من سنه من توقيع العقد ولم يصل المطبخ
الاداره سيئه جدا لن تجد تجاوب منهم
بيتي جاهز له أكثر من أربع أشهر وبدون مطبخ
وفي الاخير حولونا على مؤسسه ونشوف وش نهايتها معهم
حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل على مثل هذه الاداره
باختصار انحش ولا تاخذ من عندهم
I do not recommend dealing with them for more than a year from signing the contract and the kitchen has not arrived
The management is very bad, you will not find a response from them
My house is ready for more than four months and without a kitchen
In the end, they transferred us to an institution, and we see what it ends with them
Suffice God and yes agent for such management
In short, eat and do not take from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اكثر من تسعة اشهر في انتظار ممل و غير مبرر لعدم تركيب المطبخ.
التعامل من الاخ احمد مسؤل المبيعات رائع في البداية و هو متعاون جدا و لكن مشكلتهم في الادارة و اي شركة ادارتها دون المستوى المطلوب ابعد عنها.
الخلاصة لا انصح اي احد بالتعامل مع هذه الشركة.
I’ve been waiting for more than 9 months to install my kitchen. There’s no logical reason for this delay. The sales officer Ahmed is good and cooperative however the problem is the company’s management.
Stay away.

The handling of Brother Ahmed, the sales official, is wonderful at first, and he is very cooperative, but their problem is in the administration, and any company that manages it below the required level is far from it.
Conclusion I do not advise anyone to deal with this company.
