Internet service needs to be better, its a leased line 5mbps upload and download for the whole hotel.
Location is above lulu center which is good for cheaper shopping.
Not a lot of restaurants around.
The area around the hotel is sub par

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 5 stars hotel located in a mall and near to many markets, it's good location for shopping and in heart of Riyadh.
Hotel amenities are really less than what you expect when you consider it's rating as 5 stars, breakfast buffet menu and quality are not a 5 stars hotel.
Restaurants and markets are around you, Lulu hypermarket is inside the building and many other stores, you can move directly from reception to the mall.
Area around are crowded and noisy.
I rate this hotel as 4 star not a 5 stars.

but front desk people are sick. zero customer service.
once i was there for more then 10 days. and i was paying regularly in advance.
one day they call me and asked me will you stay one more day. i told them yes. but when i went to my room they locked the door.
yakhhh thoooooo .. bad area . bad people . badly sick

Staff at recepción don't speak English and not helpfull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean and Full set available. Staff very helpfull and smiling at ant time. The only small issue was the Split AC are little old, but neverless cooling vety good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel in center of riyadh , four stars for the difficulty in finding parking due to crowded area , most of the facilities available in hotel and around it , the rooms are classic designed large , and the furniture well maintained, internet is very slow and televisions are not equipped with latest channels infrastructure
