It was really dirty and smelled bad all the way up to the rooms.
Don’t stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sitting and waiting for my friend in the hotel lobby, as one of the waiters approached me and offered coffee. After I refused, he said to me that I am not allowed to sit here if I don't want to order anything and asked me to leave.
Just to clarify, I was sitting in the EMPTY lobby, not inside the restaurant.
I asked them the complain book and it turned out that they don't have one.
So, I spoke to the reception about this and they informed me that this order goes directly from GM. If it's true, they really need to change GM, as he knows nothing about the service and hospitality.
Just FYI, this is five star hotel!!!
