★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there for one month. I had a good experience living over there. Best hotel for families who are visiting Riyadh for a short while. Rates are affordable. But don't forget to negotiate with the front desk manager. Good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's bad and dirty hotel. There is an indian guy saleem his behaviour with visitors very bad. I stay there more then 17 days. I found him daily fighting with customers. And in KSA i saw first time when someone say that room cleaning service in this hotel is not available after one month they clean room shower are broken and kitchen is very bad. I'll never visit in my life this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live there for 4 nights. The condition of air conditioning was very poor noisy and no remote control to control the temperature. The bedding was not comfortable. The bath room shower was not giving the water with pressure and if you open it unable to close it. The drainage system was blocked. So it was a very bad experience of my whole life but I observed it it was my first visit to riadh and don't know about the furnished apartments there. It's not live able place.
