★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيتهم مرة وحدة سمعت مدح عن دكتورة اسمها هبة من اول مادخلت طاقة سلبية وشفت عميله تتهاوش معهم على تأخيرهم في موعدها وسويت عندها تقشير بارد بالسايمل وكان لا بأس به بس لما شفت استياء العميلات من خدماتهم حطيت رجلي وقلت اخر مرة ولا كنت ناوية اسوي عندهم ليزر واشياء بس هونت
 I came to them only once. I heard praise about a doctor named Heba. From the first time I entered negative energy, I saw a client arguing with them over delaying her appointment. I did a cold peeling with the syringe, and it was okay, but when I saw the clients’ dissatisfaction with their services, I put my leg down and said the last time I was not intending to do a laser and other things for them just hunched

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اود اشكر موظفة الاستقبال غزل ذوق وتعامل راقي وخدمة جميله وبشاشة وسماحة وجه بصراحه قليل القى موظفة استقبال مع الزحمه الي عندها كذا مبتسمه بوجه الجميع لو كان الواحد معصب تهدي من الذوق والبوتكس ممتاز عندهم

حرقوني بالليزر و اقول للمرضه تقول لي يروح و تكمل و عيت تغير درجة الحرارة. و حتى بالبوتكس ما طلعت الا وجهي مورم
ما يوم انحرقت و لا ورم وجهي الا عندهم
و اثار الحرق الى اليوم.
الممرضات و الدكاترة شغلهم سيء
غير المواعيد
تجي قبل الموعد تدخل بعد الموعد بساعه بحجة الدكتورة لسا ما جت !!
كأني داخله بقاله مو عيادة

Nurses and doctors do a bad job

بالنسبه للاسنان راجعت عند د عفراء اخلاق ماشاء الله عليها ويدها خفيفه في تنظيف الجير
لكن التشخيص لحالتي ماكان ممتاز فكان تشخيص توقعات ممكن وممكن استمر الالام حتى بعد المراجعه
اعاني كثير والم مستمر
ماعندهم جراحه او متخصصين للثه ومشاكلها
فقط تنظيفات دوريه وتجميليه
اما علاجي مالقيت عندهم هذا بالذمة لان الاسنان شي حساس ولاابي احد يعاني ويضيع وقت وفلوس
ان شاء الله نلاقي دكاتره كويسين وجاري البحث
الله يوفقنا واياهم

But the diagnosis for my case was not excellent, so it was possible to diagnose expectations and the pain could continue even after the review
I suffer a lot and the pain is constant
They do not have a surgeon or specialists for gums and their problems
Only regular and cosmetic cleanings
As for my treatment, I did not find this with them because the teeth are sensitive and no one wants to suffer and waste time and money
God willing, we will find good doctors and the search is underway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ من السوء عملت فلر وبوتكس عند هبة اللي اسلوبها (خدوهم بالصوت لا يغلبوكو )تحط الفلر بمكان واحد وتوزعه عن طريق الدعك وجهة مختلفة عن جهة والبوتكس حطته بالماكن الخطأ والان وجهي بشقين شق مائل وشق غائر …تشويه وليس تجميل ..والممرضة اللي معاها تتدخل بما لا يعنيها …لكن الحمد لله فيه وزارة صحة تتولى مثل هذه الامور …
Worse than bad, I did filler and Botox at Heba, whose style (take them with the voice, they don't overpower you) put the filler in one place and distribute it by scrubs in a different direction from one side, and Botox put it in the wrong places, and now my face is two-fold, a diagonal incision and a sunken incision... Distortion, not beautification.. and the nurse with her interferes with what It does not concern her...but, thank God, there is a Ministry of Health that handles such matters...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الليزر غير دقيقين فيه ابدا! اخر مرتين اخلص ليزر ورتوش واضطر ارجع اتصل على الاستقبال بخصوص اني احتاج ارجع العيادة واخلي النيرس تسويلي ليزر على الاماكن الكثيرة اللي أُهمِلت وتعاونت معي وحدة من الموظفات قالتلي تعالي بكرا وندخلك ولما جيت من بكرا قالوا مانقدر ندخلك بعدها جا موعدي حق الشهر الثاني صارتلي نفس الاشكالية بعد ماخلصت الجلسة الاساسية والرتوش اكتشف انه ماضربت النيرس كثير مناطق بالليزر ولاحظت كثير من مراجعينكم في قسم الليزر يواجهون نفس هالاشكالية. النيرسات لطيفات لكن ما ادري ايش جاهم شغلهم صار مشي حالك وبطريقة مبالغ فيها ، قبل ما اكتب هنا كنت كل مرة اعطي رقمي للموظفات عشان يعطونه لاحد مسؤول بس محد رجع تواصل معي.المفروض العميل يكون مرتاح وتقدمون له الخدمة صح بدون تقصير ارجوا انكم تحرصون على التكنيك المستخدم وقت الليزر وترجعون تستعملون الهايلايتر وقت الجلسة لان اخر جلساتي النيرسات يعتمدون على عينهم بالشغل وبالتالي مافي دقة
The laser is not accurate at all! The last two times I got a laser and retouched, and I had to go back to the reception, regarding that I needed to go back to the clinic and remove the gull for a laser beam on the many places that were neglected and one of the female employees cooperated with me. I finished the main session and the frills. I discovered that the gull did not hit many areas with the laser, and I noticed many of your reviewers in the laser department facing the same problem. The nurses are nice, but I don’t know what their job is, it has become too much for you, before I wrote here, I used to give my number to the female employees every time so that they would give it to someone responsible, but no one came back to contact me. The user is at the time of the laser, and you return to using the highlighter at the time of the session, because the last of my sessions, Al-Nursat, depend on their eyes at work, and therefore there is no accuracy
