★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البراند هذا ممتاز جدا جدا ومريح وفعلا طبي ولنا سنين نشتري منه وكان تعامل الموظفين والموظفات جدا ممتاز وأسلوب تعامل واستقبال للعميل مميز جدا ولكن الان للاسف الموظفات سيئات جدا جدا في الأسلوب وطريقة التعامل مع العملاء وتلبية احتياجات العميل وخاااااااصة الفرع الموجود في هيفاء مول ، اما الموظفات الموجودات في فرع العرب مول الواحد يحس إنها منزعجه وتتكلم بدون نفس وممكن ماترد اصلا ،طبعا هؤلاء الموظفات الموجودات في الفترة المسائية الصباح ما ادري عنهم .

The treatment of the staff and the female employees was very excellent, and the way of dealing and receiving the customer was very distinguished, but now unfortunately the female employees are very, very bad in the style and way of dealing with customers and meeting the customer’s needs, especially the branch located in Haifa Mall, as for the existing female employees In the Arab Mall branch, one feels that she is upset and speaks without a breath, and she may not respond at all. Of course, these female employees are present in the evening and morning shift, I do not know about them.
