★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان هذا تعامل الاداره سيء فرع هيفاء مول ، اشتريت منهم ٦ شوزات وسافرت واخذت جزء منهم معايا وتركت الباقي في البيت ولما رجعت بيتي في جده لقيت واحد منهم فيه الفردتين كلها يمين ،، رجعت لهم وقلت لهم ظروف سفري فجاءه بسبب كورونا وانه ماانتبهت ومامعي فاتوره الموضوع عدى عليه ٦ شهور وان اللي باعتني في المحل هذا غلطت قالو ليه ماجربتيه في البيت ، قلت لهم اني جربت الشوز عندكم ومشيت فيه عجبني فلما رجعت البيت حطيته في الدرج واخدت الباقي سافرت فيهم ، المهم مااحد تعاون معي وصارت مشكله ومدير المحل فادي كمان زيه زي البنات كلهم غير متعاونين وظلموني دفعت قيمه كبيره في شوز مااستفدت منه وهما الغلطانين لكن الله حسيبهم ، الغريب في الموضوع كيف ماركه محترمه مايهمها رضا العميل ؟ عمري مامر عليا مثلهم بالعاده لو ماركه نص محترمه ماتعاملو بالشكل دا .
This place is badly dealt with by the administration, Haifa Mall branch, I bought 6 shoes from them and traveled and took part of them with me and left the rest at home. He passed away 6 months ago and the one who sold me in this store made a mistake. They said why did you try it at home? I told them that I tried the shoes with you and walked in it, I liked it, so when I returned to the house, I put it in the stairs and took the rest of it. They are all uncooperative and wronged me. I paid a great value in shoes. What I benefited from, and they are the two wrongdoers, but God is the one who counted them. The strange thing is, how does a respectable brand matter to the customer’s satisfaction? My life is a high commissioner like them usually. If I mark a text, I will not treat them like this.
