كل فروعهم يعطون العبوة بشرط نقطة لتجربة
 A well-known place that we disagree about, but unfortunately the branch supervisor is very bad. I asked for the sample package, she refused, saying you must buy first ? Buy something I don't know or try!
All of their branches give the package on condition of a point to try

Once, thank you for the sweet style and the products they have, and once for the offers and gifts that they gave me. I don’t tell you about the one in the cashier who gives her a thousand wellness, and once again, thank you for the employee whose name is Hanadi. Style, manners, and welcome. All and you are fine, and this is what I bought from them and I will come back again, God willing. Right, especially the branch in Haifa Mall in Jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to favourite Sephora branch in Jeddah! The staff are well-trained, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I had countless of amazing experiences with wonderful ladies there, and I always feel welcomed and "at home" (unlike the rest of the Sephora branches in Jeddah). Some are also very artistic in their makeup, which gives them brownie points. Keep up the great work!
The only downside is the lack of some brands. I wish Armani and NARS were also available in this branch, then I won't have to go anywhere else to purchase from them.
Overall, I recommend this branch to all makeup and fragrance lovers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sephora in Haifaa mall doesn’t have professional staff.
They don’t speak English & can’t help you to choose the perfect product. Like in UAE they will try on you any product.
Here they will just stand and follow you all the time you are in store like security??♀️.
Another issue whenever I use my Sephora points card even when I purchased 500 SAR +
They will never give me a tester I’m not talking about gift which they supposed to give us every 200 Points!
What’s wrong with you guys? You don’t know what profession work is ? Shall I beg you for testers ? Or remind you everytime???
My opinion you should change stuff & train them well so they will be professionals!
