★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان سيء جداً .. أكلهم بايت وخدماتهم صفررررر .. لا ترتيب ولا تنظيم .. شرهت على نفسي اني دخلت مكان زي كذا .
طبعاً مافي الا مصعد واحد ولا درج طوارىء ولا شي وهذي مخالفة صريحة ، يعني لو يصير شي في المحل لا سمح الله كيف بيتصرفون ؟؟؟
المهم تم رفع بلاغ عليهم على ذا المخالفات .
 A very bad place.. they eat bytes and their services are zero.. there is no arrangement or organization.. I hate myself that I entered a place like this.
Of course, there is only one elevator, no emergency stairs, or anything, and this is an explicit violation. I mean, if something happened in the shop, God forbid, how would they behave???
The important thing is that a report has been filed against them for these violations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندما تخرج من المصعد تجد ان المكان راقي ورومانسي جدا وتجد جلسات مريحة ثم تبدأ بتصفح قائمة الطعام الذي تتفاجأ بمدى قدمها على الرغم من حداثة المكان وتجد تنوع كبير في خيارات الطعام المتوفر في هذه القائمة لتأتيك الصدمة بعدم توفر ما يزيد عن نصف هذه القائمة وتجد ان الخدمة في المكان ضعيفة وتحتاج الى اكثر من عشر دقائق لطلب مشروب غازي ثم تأتيك الصدمة الكبرى في ارتفاع اسعارهم مقارنة في الخدمة المتوفرة
كما قلت تصميم المقهى رائع وعصري جدا اما عن الخدمات فهي دون المستوى علما ان المكان لا يحتوي على wifi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello my name is Abdullah, born and raised in America. I came to jeddah Saudi Arabia for vacation . First day here in jeddah, I came to this hookah lounge to relax. First of all horrible service, second the workers don’t pay attention to anyone except to ladies that are alone or with other friends that are girls. music is super loud, all the guy employees just stare and they take for ever passing around charcoal. Today February 27, 2020 I went there for a second time to give it another chance and the service was worse then the first time. When me and my wife got there, we waited 20 minutes for someone to come to our table and write down an order, then after that we waited another 30 minutes for our hookah and no one showed up, so we left right away. The music was so freakin loud that we couldn’t hear each other talk. The place was just to dark and just like the first time horrible horrible customer service. I myself own a hookah lounge in America and I know how a business should run. Honestly such horrible service. Maybe the owner doesn’t know that the employee’s are working this way, and if he doesn’t know I hope he reads this review and talks to all his employees. I swear when me and my wife went there the first time, all the male workers kept looking at her. Like come on that is so rude and unprofessional. Please to the owner that read this review don’t be upset with my review and check your workers. I write this review so that you the owner can make it better. If you reply to this review and your reply is positive I will then delete this review.
