★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is related to general experience with Al Dawaa Pharmacy and specifically the online shopping, I made my order on 22nd December and after 10 days still showing status "under Process", 3 times I called their customer service center without any output despite the promises they made of calling me back where no body did. I had to visit the branch I suppose to pick up my order from and the staff were completely useless in terms of trying to help me, the best thing he did was to cancel my order from the system without even showing any signs of being sorry for what I went through. on top of that now the call center is saying that refund will take from 10 to 14 days. what a lousy bad service this Pharmacy is offering, their website is not updated, their logistics is bad, their customer service is bad, their customer communication is bad. I think if any is not ready to sell online or understand what is required of logistics to sell online so do not offer this service till you are ready. the mistake I made is dealing with this pharmacy and not dealing with Al Nahdi but that was because the item I ordered wasn't available at Al Nahdi stores at that time. don't make my mistake and order online from Al Dawaa.
