★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service. I stayed here for 6 days; asked them atleast 3 times a day for room service but they didn't came..
Smallest room and toilet that I have ever seen in my life..
No wifi service but they advertising they have free wifi..
Non of the photos posted here is not of this hotel; they are from other 5 star hotels..
Only facility you can get is that it's near to Al Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only good thing about this hotel is it's location which is closer to Haram. First hotel among other two star hotels. Small and tiny rooms plus baths also. Room service very poor. Rude and careless receptionist. Refrigerator not good. Lifts too small for wheel chair. Only for 5 persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is good location and but room are very small. Two bed in one single room is not suitable for family. We visited for booking but asking 300 SR for this tiny room during March 2018, so without booking we came back. Lift is very small so most of the time very busy. I don't recommend to stay with family.
