★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small and narrow beds. Uncomfortable rooms. Cleaness is the last thing to be taken for. I recommend strongly not to stay in this hotel although it is near the Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near from Masjidil Haram and street market, but this hotel service, room interior, cleanliness & restaurant are poor. The management of it's hotel should work very hard to improve those. Al Nadhofatu min al eemaan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like every other hotel in Makka. No wifi in rooms, very small rooms, useless bengaalis who never offfer prayer, room service (cleaning) will never be done unless u beg for it. They r simply taking the advantage of being in that holy place, Allah hidayat de..the only advantage is it's very close with Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there were minus stars that I could give. It was supposed to be a three star hotel but it is totally overrated. The hotel needs lot of maintenance..lobby is shabby and dirty and the rooms are equally pathetic. I think people stay here out of compulsion not by choice. The room was very small for four persons and toilet was dirty and unclean. There were no hangers but a wrapping string. No toilet paper and housekeeping even. My complaint went to deaf ears and nothing was done to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very close to Harram Makkah, just behind the clock tower, with plenty of restaurants and fast food points around it. Renovated bathrooms. But no parking. Overall good choice for short stay like one or two days. Value for money.
