s	suryo 2002 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanin al firdous hotel, a good hotel in mecca for umroh & hajj, average cost not expensive, room is enough, lift to small, recomend not for long or holiday, i like here because not too far from masjidil haram, four star (i think :), pengalaman : hotel biasanya hanya digunakan utk tidur jam 9 malam sd 3 dini hari & pagi jam 9 sd jelang ashar jam 2 siang selebihnya menikmati hidangan Allah SWT d al haram :)
s	salina kamar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent room for our stay in Makkah. Haneen Firdous is a hotel that accommodate pilgrims for Andalusia Travel, Malaysia for Umrah. Foods prepared are based on Malaysian preferences and likings. Staffs are helpful. Wifi only at lobby. No iron provided. Water heater, toilets and showers function perfectly, just air conditioning is a bit old but still working. Wheelchair can access the hotel through back entrance and there are 4 elevators that are a bit slow.
A	Anwar Zaman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent budget friendly hotel.Located very close to Masjid Ul Haram.Within Five Minute walking it is possible reach the area of Masjid Ul Haram.Room of the hotel is very spacious.Wash & Toilet are clean.Staff know english well.Rent fee is quite reasonable in off season.
a	amir asyraaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ok.. but i appreciate more if they can provide bucket as the water are so hot and some of the wc are not functions.. i heard some complaints about the ac unit too but you just need to complaint at the counter and they will make it work..
a	aku gabanzz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comfortable,easy access to king fahd gate and to mataf gate .distance hotel to haram around 450 m and for young people no problem but for elderly may be difficult. although room is small,jus enough for 4 of us to relax.food include nasi lemak,indonesian style is good to have.the only thing uncomfortable is toilet outside room share with other room.but not all room have outside toilet.the toilet however very good.waterpump is strong and i just love here and i want to stay here if i got chance to make umrah again. been in this hotel from 25 jan to 30 jan 2018.best memory.
J	Jon Shams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience staying in twin room no 103. Room is very tiny. No place to put bags, no place to sit except for your bed. Dirty and poorly maintained room. Toilet window was broken and covered with black rubbish bag ( see photo). There was kerosene and exhaust smell entering. The water from shower will flood the toilet due to wrongly tilted floor. The room was noisy. You hear both of your neighbours' air conditioners. Turn on yours and you will hear yours too. Noisy to sleep We felt suffocated here. There was no light entering room also. Window was fake. Not much non - spicy food option for people who can't take chily. The only positive thing I can say is this hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to haram but get ready to walk uphill. Don't get me wrong, I am not a complaint complaint person. We stayed at the hotel provided by Andalusia in Madinah and it was 2 times better than this hotel. Wishing you a pleasant Umrah
