★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my name is john,many time I travelled madina to makka so many restaurant i had seen but this one is the best restaurant burger king i met with a new manager here his name is Mushtaq ahmed ,this guy has brilliant experience to satisfing to customers he facinated to my heart, in this restaurant have not second window that they use the back door for serving the food ,this manager have great experience to keep happy to customer ,he took order and he served the my order from back door.... he got me satisfied... Thanks a lot Mr.Mushtaq Ahmed God bless you.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Burger King in the world. We stood in lines for 30 min before being told that they had no food and we had to go to the men's section across the dividing wall, get into another long line and order. Only 1 washroom for men and 1 for women. Dirty washrooms, dirty restaurant and rude staff; add that to no food and you get the worst fast food place in the world. Doesn't merit even one star. Burger King pull out of this country. Your reputation is on the floor or below if possible. Yukk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged for going Large, even though I asked for regular. After challenging the guy behind the till, he said "it all large, there aren't enough staff to make small ones". On top of this, the portion received was of a kid's sized portion of fries. Ridiculous. I was one of many customers the guys behind the counter did this to. I complained directly to the Burger King website. Waiting to see what they say.
