★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the famous fast food chain. It is well known for its grilled Burgers. Food is good & tasty. This one is located at SASCO Petrol Station in Madinah to Makkah / Jeddah highway. We can sit & eat or we can make take away also. There is a good sitting area also. There are plenty of seats available for sitting & eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Burger King at the Sasco station on the road heading South from Madinah to Jeddah. Both this and the Burger King on the other side of the road are lacking in service. They have the full menu on display but many items are not available, including drinks. I have seen this multiple times, even when they are not busy. This is not a matter of them just running out. Also they did not give any ketchup or tissues until asked, and not even a second tray to take all the drinks. The food they do have tastes as it should, which is why I gave three stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest the service was great but I can only give 1 star as within 20 minutes of eating the food we had stomach cramps. My 11 year old was curled up in the fetal position as he couldn't stand due to the pain as was my wife. After about 5 to 7 minutes of vomiting we felt better but had diarrhoea for next 2 days. This was after eating the chicken deluxe burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service from the lobby attend on November 22nd 2021, Monday evening. Bangladeshi guy with very thick accent.
Management should seriously look into training their employees on customers service skills.
The worst customer service experience I ever had to deal with especially when my special need daughter needed to use the restroom and the lobby attended lied to me told me they don't have a restroom. ( It's only for paid customer) I could have buy $100 worth of food if he just told me that I needed to buy something. Instead he started getting loud with me.
I would never step into a Burger King again.
