★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent services like no other gas station would offer on this highway, very popular among local and expat travellers. Surely my favorite place to stop by midway thru on the highway trip.
Highly recommended and there are many good reasons to do so: the Mosque, the restrooms, the ATM, the food choices, coffee and Ice-cream outlets. And the highway motel rooms which are family friendly and could be rented on an hourly basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rest station in the way to Madina.
Good choices for quick bite however does not have clean and hygienic public rest rooms. Extremely bad and smelly.
Things gets worst when majority of travelers take a break at this location especially busses carrying pilgrims.
There is big Masjid but again rest rooms and ablution area is unhygienic and with bad smell.
No special area for kids.
Overall a place to have small break in the journey without adding any value to you to get refreshed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alert, during November and December 2020, this gas station is temporarily closed, I am not sure about the reason but it looks like for renovation purpose, anyway this is the first time we went to Madinah late night and very early morning, the weather was awesome... MASHALLAH... Alhamdulillah... the cafeteria was opened immediately after Fajr prayer, we have breakfast which was expensive but it's okay, the mosque was open for males only, females were praying outside in a very cold weather, WC was also not available... The problem was that the stations before it was also closed, but I think there in new PETROMIN STATION before it, I was not sure that it's working or not... But while returning the petromin station was working...
