لا أنصح أحد بالتعامل معاهم ابدا ابدا ابدا
ما يردون على الاتصالات ابدا وظننت ان الموضع خاص بي انا
لكن تفجأت الكل هنا يشكوا من نفس المشكله
الواضح ان الارقام عندهم زينه فقط ما في من يرد
The worst insurance company in the Milky Way
I would never advise anyone to do business with them
They never answer calls and I thought the place was mine
But I was surprised everyone here complained of the same problem
It is clear that the numbers they have are only adornment, no one responds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عدم الرد ع الاتصال وثاني شي موقعهم غير مناسب لكون المكان ضيق والترتيب ماهو حلو ومكان مكتوم لايوجد فيه تهويه ومزدحم ومافيه الي شخصين فقط في تقديم المطالبات

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشركه جداً جداً جداً سيئه ولا انصح بالتعامل معها نهائيا عدم تجاوب وعدم رد لا بالرقم الموحد ولا عبر الايميل
حاولت استرجع التامين لسبب بيع السياره وكان الرد اشتكي لمنصه سما تهتم وهذا تعامل غير لائق للعميل اي شخص يواجه مشكله معاهم لابد ان يرفعها لسما تهتم لعدم تجاوب الشركه وكل الاشخاص اللي اعرفهم يشتكون منهم ومن تعاملهم واهمالهم ولكم مني جزيل الشكر
