โ โ โ โ โ We prefer bath and body work for our toiletries. The body wash and the body lotions are our top priority. You have to keep an eye with the offer. They will have a best offers like buy 3 get 3 free. You have to buy at the right time instead of buying in the normal time. The price is little high because the quality is very high. The aroma of the products are the best and stays long.

โ โ โ โ โ If there is rate from zero, I would rate this ZERO! I was here earlier, 16/08/2019 at 20:46 to be exact!. I was excited to buy my favorite scent and I bought what I wanted together with my friends. Horribly the sales person or "Cashier" was VERY RUDE! if you dont like your job then quit!. I given him my phone for my virtual alshaya privilege card and it only credit to me 42 SR which infact I bought 141 SR so where is the justice in that! Not only RUDE but with an ATTITUDE! As a customer we are there to buy your product we did not beg for the items that we bought and this is my Right, the Right to be informed of the availability of information of the correct price and a protection fromย falseย and misleadingย claimsย in advertising and ย labelingย practices. Good thing I still have my online privilege card app to add my remaining credits but i dont know if it will be validated! Anyway i dont care about the points. Just want to emphasize here, that the manager of this branch should choose the right sales representative with good attitude because it will impact more on your customer satisfaction. Me and my friends are not going back there to buy again! Word to the wise! CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! Either you have small or huge company still we have big impact on your sales!

โ โ โ โ โ Unprofessional staff. I got to the counter to pay for my item. Two of the staff saw me and continued chatting. And when the guy came to check us out, he made a lot of unnecessary comments and expression. Very rude
It was very unpleasant experience

โ โ โ โ โ I would rate this a zero if I could. The employees and lousy and irresponsible. There was a buy2 get2 free sale but then when we got the items they told us there was a mistake and changed it to buy2 get1 free and told us we couldnโt get the items.Even though we got the items before they changed the sign. Even though I love Bath and body work I hate this branch. Iโm not at all happy with the employees and their work.
