★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي بالمختصر في خدمة العميل بعد استلام التقرير حصل خطأ في يوم التقدير وطلبنا اعادة التقدير ورفضوا ، مطلوب مني ثلاث تقديرات الشركتين الاخرى تجاوبوا المقيمين وعدلوا التقرير على التاريخ المطلوب على السعر السائد والله العظيم هذا اللي حصل وامن ابسط حقوق العميل يوضح وجهة نظره والعميل هو العامل الرئيسي لاي نشاط يريد الاستمرار ?
My brief experience in customer service after receiving the report. An error occurred on the day of the assessment. We asked for a re-assessment and they refused. Three assessments were required from me. The other two companies responded. The assessors responded and amended the report to the required date on the prevailing price. God Almighty. For any activity that wants to continue ?
