★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are not good at all. They don’t even help you. They don’t know anything about makeup. Plus they don’t understand english. Please hire someone who knows english and have knowledge about makeup.. I don’t recommend this branch at all. Worst..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went sephora today i was testing foundation on my face in beauty hub area, where u can sit and test products. Their manager named jaydaa , She came suddenly and tell me u cannot sit here and u cant do the full makeup. U cannot test the products, its not allowed, She removed the chair, And in the end she said are you going to buy these products? I mean what kind of question is this? Is it necessary to buy if im testing any product? I went to sephora many times but nobody ever talked to me like this.. even in covid days now we can test the products right? the way she talked was very rude and unprofessional. In the end i confront her again she told me that she said these things due to covid, but in our first conversation she never mentioned. Still she was very rude , Im really disappointed by this behaviour ... felt insulted.. i think i Should buy same products from another store where they treat customers humbly, politely and ethically!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trashiest staff I have ever encountered. Yelling profanities to each other across the store, being overly affectionate with each other to the point it makes you uncomfortable. And forget help they’re there to have girl talk and not work.
