★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئين جدًا . ذهبت إلى فرعكم في غرناطة قبل انتهاء العمل ب ٣ ساعات ووجدته مغلق !!!! والشخص الذي بالداخل يرفض حتى التواصل معي لاخباري بسبب الإغلاق المبكر . كما أنكم لاتجيبون على رقم الهاتف ، أنتم جدًا سيئون ولاننصح بالتعامل معكم
 Very bad. I went to your branch in Granada 3 hours before the end of work and found it closed!!!! And the person inside refuses even to contact me to tell me because of the early closure. Also, you do not answer the phone number, you are very bad and we do not advise dealing with you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملت مع فرع المنفوحة اطار غالي والمفروض ماركة اشتريت وعند الاستلام هو اسود حصلت فيه حكة فضية قلت لها هذا ايش قال ورقة لاصقة جه ينزعها تقشر الاطار
قال بنرجعها ونجيب لك غيرها
قلت خلاص اغير الاطار قال تتحمل ثمن العدسات او تختار اطار يشبه نفس السابق
وبعدين اتصلوا علي قالوا الادارة تقول سوء استخدام قلت كيف سوء استخدام وانا ما استلمته وكنت الفاتورة ما زالت معي
بعد شهر عوضوني بإطار بديل وتحملت قيمة العدسات

And then they called me and they said the administration says misuse, I said how misused, and I didn't receive it and the bill was still with me
After a month, they replaced me with a replacement frame and I paid the value of the lenses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حتى نجمه حرام فيه اسوء محل نظارات واجهني الى الان واسوء خدمه شفتها في حياتي واسوء فرع ولو شفت التعليقات قبل ادخل عندهم كان ما تهورت ورحت لهم بس للاسف كنت ماره من جنبه وقلت اختصر الوقت ولكن للأسف ندمت اشد الندم اني تعاملت معهم اتصالات ما يردون نهائي الصبح تتصل يسكر في وجهك والمفروض يفتح الساعه 4 الشيوخ ماشاء الله مدري متى يفتحون ضربت مشوار واخر شي مسكر يعني الوضع عندهم سيئ للغايه ما أدري وش قردني ورحت لهم ??♀️

If I saw the comments before I entered them, I would not have been reckless and went to them, but unfortunately I was passing by and I said to shorten the time, but unfortunately I regretted the most that I dealt with them. I suggest that people who wants to avail of their services should be watchful about sales and product promotions to be able to take advantage of cheaper prices... Quality of products and services are guaranteed! Always look for Baraka Opticals...

Third place we visited and the same situation.
