★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع صغير، مافيه كاشير خاص بقسم المنزل (خلوني احاسب وانتظر لاين بكاشير الملابس)، فرع التخصصي افضل بكثير.
 The branch is small, there is no cashier for the home department (let me check and wait for the clothes cashier), the Takhassusi branch is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اليوم كانت عندي مشكله وهي ان الفاتوره جتها مويه وبعض الارقام انمسحت وجيت ارجع القطعه نظيفه واوراقها والباركود الخاص فيها موجود وعمليه السحب موجوده ماادري لبه يرفضون استرجاع القطعه بحجه نصف ارقام الفاتوره ماهيب واضحه طبعا الكلام يخص ثلاث اشخاص اتمنى من الاداره النظر لهم لينهم لايجدون التعامل نهاااي مع الزبون وهم مدير قسم وومديرتين تابعه لااقسام ولكن كل الشكر لمدير الفرع كامل لتجاوبه وحله المشكله بعد التواصل مع الاداره وايظن الشكر لهم وردهم السريع وحل المشكله بوقتها لكن اتسف من عدم ذكر الاسماء لعدم حفظهم واذا الاداره تبي الأسماء اروح للفرع وجيب اسماءهم الصراحه ماابي اقطع رزق احد لكن الثلاثه اللى ماخدموني وصرفوني مايصلحون مدراء وفيه من هو احق منهم فيه موظفه اشكرها كثير الشكر وليني حفظت اسمها بغت تحلها لين جت المديره الاولى وعقدتها وجت الثانيه والثالث وعقدوها على العموم اتمنى من الاداره التوضيح للزبون باان اذا ضاعت الفاتوره او تلفت مافيه الا استبدال مع ان هذا النظام ممنوع وغيير مصرح من وزارة التجارة حيث معي مايدل انني شاريه من نفس الفرع بالوقت والسحب والقطعه تظهر معلوماتها الصراحه اخروني ساعه ونصف بس تهون اذا اني طلعت وانا اخذت حقي بالنظام وشكرا
