This branch don't have parking. You should feel sorry to park in front of other building and block other cars.
The transaction and customer is OK quality. Nothing as fine. This bank don't give good credit card offers like to get benefit from Jarir or extra or other shopping center. Special discount for rent and shopping in many places.

But I would wait for the excellent service, advises and efficiency once somone takes care of me. I always go to Hussam Softa he is my preferred customer service representative. overall Faisal Halabi and his team are the best ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Bank ive ever dealt with. when i started working i opened an account here.. they were so slow.. then i shifted my bank to samba. they had everything better.. NOW im back to saudi fransi bank to see if they improved. they have gotten so worst.. i entered and 1st thing i saw was an old man shouting to the employees (for some reason). the employee was sooooo grumpy. waiting TIME is soooo bad. i waited almost for 1 hour just 4 updating my records..
seriously. i do notttttt suggest this Bank at all!!!!
even in the prayer time. they left the offices while people r waiting.. they couldve jus politely apologiezed and say they will be back..
really worst bank!!
Lastly.. unless u have WASTA... ur problems r solved!!!!
